Since 1st January 2009 all properties offered for sale or to let must have a Building Energy Rating Certifi cate (BER Cert) with Advisory Report. Aspiration can organise a mandatory BER Cert with Advisory Reports on any residential and/or commercial properties you are offering for sale or to rent.
