Residential Fit-outs

Spencer Dock, Dublin 1

This development consists of 600 units, including 27 signature penthouses. Aspiration has successfully provided a complete turn-key service for over 350 clients. This service included: excellent mortgages, interior fit-outs and all units let within one week after fit-out. The provision of a concierge and cleaning service was also made available and have proven very popular.

Alto Vetro, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 4

The development consists of 24 units. The brief was to provide a state-of-the-art fit-out targeting the corporate rental sector. The spectacular fit-out of the penthouse attracted a major product launch in November 2008.

Shrewsbury Square, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

Aspiration were appointed to design and deliver high end fit-outs to apartments in Shrewsbury Square. This fit-out was offered to new purchasers who wanted to replicate the up-market look of Shrewsbury Square without the homeowners themselves having to spend developer show unit prices. This Aspiration fit-out selected by the Developer as preferred option for purchasers because of its value for money from a selection of three other high end fit-outs.

Old Chocolate Factory, Kilmainham Square, Dublin 8

Aspiration were chosen to design a fit-out to have immediate appeal to the target rental market and quick lets were successfully achieved with tenants ready to move in on completion of all units.

The Grange, Stillorgan, Dublin 18

Aspiration were approached to assist with the interior fit-out and speedy letting of a number of units. A show unit was designed and the appeal was such that all the units were let before the fit-outs were completed.
